MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance amending the Broward County Comprehensive Plan to adopt Broward County Land Use Plan amendment PCNRM 25-1 to amend the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map of the Natural Resource Map Series, located in the City of Pompano Beach (Commission District 4), pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS MAP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE MAP SERIES WITHIN THE CITY OF POMPANO BEACH; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
