MOTION TO ENACT Ordinance adopting a Small-Scale amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 25-7), located in the Broward Municipal Services District (Commission District 5), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN WITHIN THE BROWARD MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
