MOTION TO APPROVE Final Guaranteed Maximum Price (“FGMP”) Contract Amendment No. 10B to Agreement for Managing General Contractor for Broward County Judicial Projects (PNC2119163P1) between Broward County and Stiles Pirtle Joint Venture (“SPJV”) in the amount of $51,735,776 and establishes the total FGMP for FGMP Contract Amendment Nos. 10A and 10B for the 500-Car Secured Parking Garage and Plaza project as $66,866,196; and authorize the Mayor to execute same.
