MOTION TO APPROVE Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Sheriff of Broward County, Florida, and Broward County, relating to an airport district public safety facility at Broward County’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, in substantially the form of the attached MOU; authorizing the County Administrator to execute and make modifications to the MOU, provided that such modifications do not impose any additional material financial or legal risk upon Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
