MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to amend the Broward County HUD Five Year Strategic Consolidated Plans for Fiscal Years 2020-2024 and the accompanying Annual Action Plans for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") Community Planning and Development Grants; to make necessary project/activity eligibility and programmatic changes; reprogramming funds and revising the HOME Investment Partnership Program Grant (“HOME”), based on the recommendations in Exhibit 1; authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions for implementation of the changes, to submit a copy of the amendment to HUD, and to negotiate and execute agreements, amendments, reinstatements, and interlocal agreements with subrecipients, and/or contractors/developers to implement the programs and allocate funding for the respective programs, subject to the review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney.
