MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution accepting a donation in the amount of $10,000 from FAT Village Venture, LLC, to be used by the Cultural Division to install public art in the Flagler Village neighborhood, located in downtown Fort Lauderdale; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions required to implement acceptance and utilization of the donation. ACTION: (T-12:06 PM) Approved Resolution No. 2025-51. VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Geller was not present. B. MOTION TO ADOPT budget Resolution within the Public Art and Design Trust Fund in the amount of $10,000 for Fiscal Year 2025 to recognize and appropriate the donation. ACTION: (T-12:06 PM) Approved Resolution No. 2025-52. VOTE: 8-0. Commissioner Geller was not present.
