MOTION TO APPROVE Revocable License Agreement between Broward County and The School Board of Broward County, Florida (School Board), authorizing the School Board’s use of County-owned property to access and withdraw surface water from the licensed area solely for irrigation purposes as authorized by and in compliance with the applicable South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) permit; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
