MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan Natural Resource Map Series (PCNRM 24-3), to update the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map within the City of Dania Beach (Commission District 6), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS MAP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE MAP SERIES WITHIN THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
