MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of a Public Hearing to be held on December 9, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider enactment of an Ordinance adopting a proposed Small-Scale amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 25-5), located in the City of Weston (Commission District 1), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SMALL-SCALE AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AMENDING THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF WESTON; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
