MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on November 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East to consider enactment of a proposed Ordinance, the title of which is as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO EDUCATIONAL IMPACT FEE COLLECTION; AMENDING SECTIONS 5-182.9, 5-182.13, 5-184, AND 27-66 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES (“CODE”), PROVIDING FOR COLLECTION OF EDUCATIONAL IMPACT FEES AND THE ISSUANCE OF DEVELOPMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW APPROVALS; AMENDING CHAPTERS 5 AND 27 TO UPDATE REFERENCES TO ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW APPROVALS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
