MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 25-1), in the Town of Southwest Ranches (Commission District 1), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE TOWN OF SOUTHWEST RANCHES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
