MOTION TO APPROVE Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Broward County and the Alliance of Entrepreneur Resource Organizations - South Florida (AERO South Florida) formalizing the County’s membership in AERO South Florida; authorize the County Administrator to execute the MOU and amendments to the MOU that have no fiscal impact to the County, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office; and authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative actions to implement the MOU.
