MOTION TO APPROVE Sixth Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Broward County and the South Florida Wildlife Center, Inc., for a 4.11-acre parcel of land located at 3200 S.W. 4th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, extending the lease term to December 31, 2026, with up to three additional one-year renewal options; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
