MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on October 21, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider transmittal to designated State review agencies of a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 25-1), in the Town of Southwest Ranches (Commission District 1), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE TOWN OF SOUTHWEST RANCHES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
