MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit to designated State review agencies a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan Natural Resource Map Series (PCNRM 25-1) to amend the Environmentally Sensitive Lands Map within the City of Pompano Beach (Commission District 4), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; UPDATING THE ENVIRONMENTALLY SENSITIVE LANDS MAP OF THE NATURAL RESOURCE MAP SERIES OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF POMPANO BEACH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
