MOTION TO DIRECT County staff to take all necessary and prudent actions, as expeditiously as practicable, to ensure sufficient landfill capacity in the Broward County Landfill (formerly known as the BIC Landfill) is available for contingencies or other unplanned situations, including to pursue any permitting, licensing, or other authorizations needed for such capacity.
