MOTION TO APPROVE Federal Aviation Administration Grant for Airport Improvement Program Project No. 3-12-0025-XXX-2025 in the amount of $6,690,025, for the construction of Phase III (Broward County Aviation Department Phase II) of the Taxiway A Pavement Rehabilitation project at Broward County’s Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, subject to review and approval of the grant agreement for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office; to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions, and to authorize the Director of Aviation to execute the agreement and approve any amendments that do not impose additional financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the County Attorney’s Office.
