MOTION TO AUTHORIZE Director of Purchasing to award resultant open-end contract to an authorized reseller for Proofpoint Email Security Solution, for the Enterprise Technology Services Division, in the initial one-year term estimated amount of $340,000, and authorize the Director of Purchasing to renew the contract for five one-year terms, for a potential six-year estimated amount of $2,040,000.
