MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution Amending the Broward County Administrative Code, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, PERTAINING TO THE BROWARD COUNTY TOURIST DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL; AMENDING SECTIONS 12.1 AND 12.2 OF THE BROWARD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (“ADMINISTRATIVE CODE”) TO PROVIDE THAT COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP AND TERMS OF OFFICE ARE SET FORTH IN THE BROWARD COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, INCLUSION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
