MOTION TO APPROVE Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and the City of Dania Beach providing for cost-share support in Broward County’s operation of the Conservation Pays Program within the City and reimbursing Broward County for performing specific activities associated with program administration, promotion, and implementation in support of county-wide conservation goals and the Broward county-wide Integrated Water Resources Plan, effective upon execution and end at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2026, and a cost not to exceed $41,523; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same.
