MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES - COMMISSIONER ROGERS ACTION: (T-12:05 PM) Commissioner Rogers discussed mental health issues among the prison population and relayed that she will be requesting funding in the upcoming budget cycle with a focus toward putting together a plan to address those issues.
