MOTION TO APPROVE Fifth Amendment to Facility Use Agreement between Broward County (“County”) and the State of Florida Department of Health-Broward (“Department of Health”) to allow for the Department of Health to make certain improvements to a portion of the South Regional Health Center, located at 4105 Pembroke Road in Hollywood, Florida, at no cost to the County; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
