MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 24-2), expanding Policy 2.16.4 regarding affordable housing, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, to designated State review agencies pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, AMENDING POLICY 2.16.4 REGARDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
