MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution to transmit a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan map (PC 24-3), in the City of Margate (Commission District 2), as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, to designated State review agencies pursuant to Section 163.3184, Florida Statutes, as amended, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN MAP OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN WITHIN THE CITY OF MARGATE TO DESIGNATED STATE AGENCIES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
