A. MOTION TO APPROVE Shell Interlocal Agreement between Broward County and government entities for Optional Services for “Keep Broward Beautiful,” Household Hazardous Waste and Electronics, and Bulk Trash and Yard Waste Drop-Off Programs (“Optional Services ILA”), in substantially the form attached as Exhibit 1, for an initial two-year term commencing upon execution with up to three one-year extension terms; authorize the County Administrator to make nonsubstantive changes to the Optional Services ILA, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose additional costs or risk to the County; and authorize the County Administrator to execute same on behalf of Broward County.
