MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator or written designee to apply for the Petco Love Lifesaving Grant for the 2024-2025 Animal Welfare Organization Cycle, and to negotiate and execute the resulting grant agreement, if awarded, and any other required documentation, including any amendments to the grant agreement that do not increase the cost to the County, with each document subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, and to accept the grant, if awarded, and take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant award.
