MOTION TO APPROVE Memorandum of Agreement between Florida Department of Health, Broward County Health Department (“DOH”) and Broward County, for the provision of Hepatitis A and B vaccination services by DOH, at no cost to Broward County, effective upon execution for one year, which may be renewed for three additional one-year periods; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments to the Agreement, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, that do not impose any financial obligations on the County; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the Agreement.
