MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute amendments to Community Shuttle Service Interlocal Agreements to extend the term for one additional year; and authorize the County Administrator to enter into form interlocal agreements and amendments with municipalities that elect to participate in the program and/or to extend their current participation in the program, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney and subject to the funding approved by the Board for the program, and to take any administrative and budgetary actions necessary to implement same.
