MOTION TO APPROVE Second Amendment to Revocable License Agreement between Broward County and Legacy Donor Services Foundation for use of office space at the Office of the Medical Examiner and Trauma Services, extending the term of the license to July 31, 2029, providing for renewal options, providing for the optional reduction and reinstatement of the licensed area, and clarifying terms regarding the authorized use of the licensed area; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
