MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute agreements related to securing direct services from firms as listed on Exhibit 1 to implement the Home Repair Programs in the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Area (“CRA”) Northwest District including but not limited to reinstatements and future amendments that do not impose any additional, material financial impact on the County, subject to approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions.
