MOTION TO APPOINT Director of Broward County Water and Wastewater Services, ex officio, as Broward County’s (“County’s”) representative (“Director”) to the Board of Directors of the C-51 Reservoir, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation overseen by water utilities that are governmental entities, pursuant to County’s Agreement for Capacity Allocation in Phase 1 of the C-51 Reservoir Broward County, Florida with Palm Beach Aggregates, LLC (“Agreement”); authorizing Director to appoint an alternate representative to the Board of Directors of the C-51 Reservoir, Inc., in the event of Director’s temporary absence.
