MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution directing the County Administrator to publish Notice of Public Hearing to be held on June 4, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 422 of Governmental Center East, to consider transmittal to designated State review agencies of a proposed amendment to the Broward County Land Use Plan text (PCT 24-2), expanding Policy 2.16.4 regarding affordable housing, as an amendment to the Broward County Comprehensive Plan, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, TRANSMITTING A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE BROWARD COUNTY LAND USE PLAN TEXT OF THE BROWARD COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, AMENDING POLICY 2.16.4 REGARDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
