MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement between Broward County and Northpointe Inc. to continue to provide a fully hosted client assessment, classification, and case management solution for the Adult Civil Citation Program for up to five additional one-year optional renewal terms, beginning July 16, 2024 through July 15, 2029, and to increase the not-to-exceed total amount of the Agreement from $221,982 to $438,660; authorize the Director of Purchasing to exercise the annual extensions; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
