MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution, the title of which is as follows: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, CERTIFYING, PURSUANT TO SECTION 220.183(3), FLORIDA STATUTES, THAT AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROJECTS CONSTRUCTED BY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF BROWARD, INC., BROWARD COUNTY MINORITY BUILDERS COALITION, INC., AND CENTRAL COUNTY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ARE CONSISTENT WITH LOCAL PLANS AND REGULATIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
