MOTION TO APPROVE amendment to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Cooperative Agreement A-00402620 (grant), amendment number B, effective October 1, 2024, in the amount of $490,933, of which the County in-kind match is $365,933, and to authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the grant and allocate and implement subsequent partial awards not to exceed $523,706, under this agreement, subject to review and approval as to form by the Office of the County Attorney.
