MAYOR'S REPORT A. CANVASSING BOARD ACTION: (T-12:02 PM) Mayor Rich relayed that it has been an excellent experience serving on the Canvassing Board in the new facility with professional, efficient staff. NATIONAL SENIOR CITIZEN’S DAY ACTION: (T-12:03 PM) Mayor Rich expressed having the privilege of being honored, along with Area Agency on Aging CEO Charlotte Mather-Taylor, with the Timeless Treasure Award at the National Senior Citizen’s Day event at the Miramar Multipurpose Center last evening. (Refer to minutes for full discussion.) C. HOMELESS COC ACTION: (T-12:05 PM) Mayor Rich reported having discussions in relation to evictions and additional funding for Coast to Coast Legal Aid in serving as the Chair of the Homeless Continuum of Care.
