MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to negotiate Amendments to Agreements between Broward County and specified Ryan White service providers, effective March 1, 2024, to amend three existing Agreements to add one program providing Medical Transportation services for persons living with HIV in Broward County; authorize the County Administrator to execute the amendments, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the Agreements as amended.
