MOTION TO APPROVE Third Amendment to Agreement No. 23-HOSS-HIP-6886-01 between Broward County and TaskForce Fore Ending Homelessness, Inc., to continue providing (at no additional cost to the County) street outreach services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness at Broward County Transit terminals and bus stops, effective February 1, 2024, through September 30, 2024; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same; and authorize the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the Agreement as amended. ACTION: (T-10:56 AM) Approved. VOTE: 6-0. Commissioner McKinzie was out of the room during the vote. Commissioner Bogen and Vice-Mayor Furr were not present. B. MOTION TO APPROVE waiver of conflict under Section 112.313(7)(a), Florida Statues, for the following Broward County advisory board member holding an employment or contractual relationship with an entity receiving funds for the performance of services under this agenda item: Mikal Cartier.
