MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, authorize an appropriation and disbursement of funds in the amount of $3,822,617 to contribute to local match funding for specified service providers at the statutorily required 75:25 state-to-local ratio for the state of Florida Fiscal Year 2023-2024; authorize the County Administrator to execute the agreements with the service providers and to execute amendments to the agreements that do not increase the proportion of County’s local match requirement and not to exceed 10% of the total amount for each agreement, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; and to take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreements.
