MOTION TO APPROVE First Amendment to Agreement between Broward County and Sunshine Cleaning Systems, LLC for Janitorial Services for Various County Facilities (RFP No. BLD2121632P1_4) to include Public Safety Complex (PSC) Training Center and increase the total not-to-exceed amount for Year 2 of the Initial Term by $288,246 from $1,398,115 to $1,686,361; thereby increasing the total to be paid for the Initial Term from $2,782,840 to $3,071,086; establish a maximum increase in the total not-to-exceed amount for any Extension Term by $288,246; establish a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,000 for Reimbursable Expenses for Year 2 of the Initial Term and any Extension Term; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same.
