MOTION TO DECLARE Surplus to the County’s needs of a parcel of real property comprised of approximately 19,204 square feet of Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoned land located at SW 4 Street in the City of Pembroke Pines; find that the subject property is of insufficient size and shape to be issued a building permit and is of use to only one or more adjacent property owners due to its size, shape, location, and value; and authorize the Real Property and Real Estate Development Division to send notice to the adjacent property owners of the County’s intent to sell this surplus property, and to manage the sale of the property in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 125.35(2), allowing for the conveyance of the property at private sale without receiving bids or publishing notice if the property is not conveyed to adjacent property owners pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 125.35(2).
