MOTION TO APPROVE federally-funded subgrant award Agreement between Broward County and the State of Florida's Division of Emergency Management for disaster relief funding related to Federal Disaster Declaration DR-4709 (Florida Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Flooding), covering the period from April 12, 2023, to October 27, 2024; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same; and authorize the County Administrator to execute amendments or any other documents necessary to accept the grant award provided there is no increase in the percentage of the County’s local match obligation and subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, and to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions for the implementation of the grant award.
