MOTION TO APPROVE Seventh Amendment to Business Lease Agreement between Broward County (County) and Lauderhill Mall Investment, LLC (Landlord), to extend the term of the lease for an additional five month period beginning June 24, 2024, update certain notice requirements, and update the base rent schedule, for approximately 79,780 square feet of office and warehouse space located at 1501 NW 40 Avenue in Lauderhill, Florida, for the continued use and occupancy by the Broward County Supervisor of Elections; and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
