MOTION TO ADOPT Resolution of the Board of County Commissioners of Broward County, Florida, approving a standard form for nonfinancial collaborative agreements with organizations offering additional supportive services to certain Broward County social services clients; authorizing the Director or Deputy Director of the Human Services Department to execute the individual agreements, subject to review for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney; authorizing the County Administrator to take all necessary administrative actions to implement the agreements; and providing for severability and an effective date.
