MOTION TO APPROVE agreement between Broward County (County) and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS), Contract No. 30691 (the “Grant Agreement”), for the period commencing upon execution of the agreement and ending on July 31, 2024, in the amount of $170,000 with no County match requirement, to procure equipment and tools in support of mosquito surveillance and control activities; authorize the Mayor to execute the Grant Agreement; and authorize the County Administrator to execute addenda and amendments to the Grant Agreement that do not increase the financial obligations on Broward County, subject to review as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, and to take the necessary administrative and budgetary actions for the implementation of the grant award.
