MOTION TO APPROVE interlocal agreement between Broward County (the “County”) and the Solid Waste Disposal and Recyclable Materials Processing Authority of Broward County, Florida (the “Authority”), which authorizes the County to hold on behalf of the Authority the financial contributions of its member governments and to disburse at the Authority’s direction funds for the payment of the Authority’s authorized expenses; and to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
