A. MOTION TO AWARD open-end contracts to Language Line Services, Inc. (primary vendor) and CyraCom International Inc. (secondary vendor), based on Texas Department of Information Resources Cooperative, Request for Offer No. DIR-CPO-TMP-572: Telecommunications and Technology Interpreter Services, Products and Related Services for Over-the-Phone Interpretation Services, for the Office of Regional Communications and Technology, in the initial term through August 25, 2025, with one optional two-year renewal and one optional one-year renewal, each in the total estimated amount of $900,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $1,800,000. (Per the Tuesday Agenda Memorandum, scrivener’s errors on Item 21 are corrected as shown on the Additional Material distributed for Item 21. The Board’s consideration will be based upon the item as corrected.) MOTION TO APPROVE Broward County Participating Addendum pursuant to the State of Texas Contract for Products and Related Services with Language Line Services, Inc., and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same.
