MOTION TO DIRECT Office of the County Attorney to draft a donation agreement with Zeta Chi 1954 Education and Foundation, Inc., in the amount of $29,000 to fund the community service programs of the organization, including mentoring, food drives, literacy programs, and community restoration programs; and authorize the County Administrator to execute the donation agreement and take all necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
