MOTION TO APPROVE agreement between Broward County and the Children’s Services Council of Broward County (“CSC”) for CSC to provide funding in the amount of $877,813 for Fiscal Year 2025 for the County’s SWIM Central Program, with a one year initial term and four, one-year optional renewal terms; authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute the same; and authorize the County Administrator to approve and execute amendments to the agreement that do not impose any additional financial obligations on the County, subject to review and approval as to legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, and take all the necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement the agreement.
