MOTION TO AUTHORIZE County Administrator to execute amendments, change orders, and any other required documentation for the Standard Grant Agreement No. 23FRP24 between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (“FDEP”) and Broward County, dated September 6, 2023 (“Grant Agreement”), for the Andrews Avenue Bridge Replacement project, subject to review and approval for legal sufficiency by the Office of the County Attorney, provided that such documents do not impose any additional financial obligation on the County; and to authorize the County Administrator to take any necessary administrative and budgetary actions to implement same.
